We will pick up your dog between 8.00am and 9.30am, and drop them home between 5.00pm and 6.30pm.
Doggy Daycare Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for Doggy Daycare. If you cancel less than 24 hours customers will be charged the daycare rate as this leaves us very little time to fill your dogs space.
Home boarding care for your loved dog while you're traveling abroad. We require a 25% deposit to be paid to secure bookings of 7 nights or more.

A 2 week notice is required to receive a full refund including deposit, less than 2 weeks and deposit is not refunded. This is due to not having enough time to fill your dogs holiday space.
We will arrange for you to drop them over to spend the day with us. Please note we require a full day with them so that we can assess how well they get on. A 50% deposit is required to secure your pups space. The remaining 50% balance will be paid upon collection. Deposit is non refundable.
