Q: Will my dog be supervised at all times? 

A: Yes. Your dog will be under constant supervision by myself and not left unattended.

Q: I have a puppy or small dog, can they come to the Daycare? 

A: Yes. Our Daycare is the perfect environment for your puppy to grow and socialise. We accept puppies from as soon as they're fully vaccinated. They're introduced slowly to make sure the experience is enjoyable and not too overwhelming

Q: Do I need to book in the same days each week? 

A: For regular spaces these are set days each week. we do accept ad hoc bookings when there is availability.

Q: Do you offer day care on the weekends and bank holidays? 

A: Woof n Wag only operates from Monday-Friday, as we home board at the weekend. We are closed on bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year..

Q: Are you licensed? 

A: Yes. Woof n Wagg Doggy Daycare is fully licensed by Rochford District Council.

Q: Can I meet you and see the facilities before sending my dog?

A: Yes, you can arrange a visit to come look around,  meet me and see where your dog will spend their day with us, whether they’re joining our dog daycare or Home boarding.

Q: What‘s the process of booking in?

A: We recommend you visit us so you can have a look for yourself, its a great chance to ask any questions. We can give you all of the information along with booking forms.

Q: what areas do you cover for doggy daycare?

A: We’re located in Rayleigh but also cover Wickford.

Q: What if i need to cancel a booking?

A: We require at least 24 hours notice for Doggy Daycare. If you cancel less than 24 hours customers will be charged the daycare rate as this leaves us very little time to fill their dogs space.

Cancellations for homeboarding, a 2 week notice is required to receive a full refund including deposit. Less than 2 weeks notice, deposit is not refunded.
